Triumph 5 Speed High Gear Bearing. Features a riveted brass cage to handle the stress and load from a 5 speed transmission. Fits Triumph 650 models (Bonneville, T120V, T120RV, TR6RV, TR6C, Trophy & Tiger) from 1971-1972 equipped with the 5 speed transmission. Fits Triumph 750 models (T140, TR7, T140D etc) from 1973-1983. Also fits various BSA & Triumph 3 Cylinder models with 5 speed gearboxes. Please refer to your parts catalog for proper fitment.

*****Please note that there are two conditions (types) of this bearing under the same 60-4100 part number. Some 5 speeds where equipped with a RHP bearing & some with a Hoffman bearing. Both are not interchangeable and are different. Hoffman bearings have a .345" roller width while RHP bearings have a .3125" roller width. This bearing for sale is designed to replace the RHP type. Inspect your original bearing and replace it accordingly.*****

David (United States) Needed to finalize the A65 five speed high gear race dimension. As with the Triumph, the high gear is the bearing inner race.

David Tight fit, but with enough heat to the case it goes in. Time will tell how it holds up in use.
