placed an order on the 10th...paid extra for 2 day shipping.
received an email "your order is on the way" on the 10th
received another email on the 16th "your order is out for delivery"
received the part... oops too late, I could not wait (which is why I paid extra for shipping) and so reused the old seal
sloppy.
