I purchased this part for my t120 r and found my new rebuild wet sumping bad could not get any oil to return to oil tank after dumping the first gallon out of the crankcase breather I pulled everything apart made sure all lines were clear got a new oil pump checked all my related parts prv valve ect. Same problem over and over. Wet sump. I finally measured the pickup tube distance from case and found that the magnet on the center bolt was actually blocking the pick up tube not allowing the scavenger side of oil pump to return oil to tank. I ground off the magnet and a additional 1/8 inch of the center bolt reinstalled it an low and behold I have oil circulation. I now have a spare oil pump at 140.00$ and am not sure yet if the wet sumping has caused other problems yet for me. But I’d be sure if you purchase this part and have wet sumping issues to look at this part first before throwing good money and a lot of head scratching time at your build.

I recently installed this stainless steel sump plug with a magnetic post and filter in my Triumph T120R. It threads in perfectly and after two high-revving test rides of some 20 miles each there was not any evidence of oil getting past the o-ring. Moreover, the stainless steel looks beautiful, although I'm the only one who will ever see it.
