New BSA Unit Singles Clutch Backing Plate Oil Seal. This oil seal installs on the alloy plate that sits behind the clutch basket chainwheel. This is a very high quality seal to replace part number 40-0243. Fits all BSA unit singles (C15, B40, B44, B50, Etc) from 1958-1972. Also fits all Triumph 250 TR25W & Trailblazer models from 1967-1972. Please refer to your parts catalog for proper fitment.
