Obtain maximum stopping power by replacing your rusted and warped brake rotor. Disc brakes on British bikes work great when they are new and everything is "true".
Our new Girling stainless steel "floating" and lightened rotors are riveted on 9 bobbins - Fits all Norton Commando models from 1971-1975 - front and rear rotors are the same... Check your parts book to ensure the best fitment.

Kyle took my order and shipped it one week later just like I asked him to got back from vacation and my parts were there the next day, perfect!
Minor clearance issue with fork slider easy to resolve. Knew about it from reviews.. Works great.
I mounted this rotor on a 74 MK2. When I first mounted the wheel to the fork legs I only put the axle in finger tight. The bobbins on the rotor hit the brake caliper when I spun the wheel . I shimmed the caliper over with a thin washer and the rotor centered nicely in the caliper and spun with no interference. When I tightned up the axle bolt, the bobbins now contacted the caliper on the other side. I removed the washers and reinstalled the caliper and retightned the axle bolt. The rotor centered itself in the caliper and spun freely. It's a bit close. We will see if the bobbins make contact with the fork leg or the caliper when the forks flex while riding. I won't be able to ride it for awhile but my thoughts are I most likely won't have to trim the caliper or the fork leg. It looks nice on the Bike. Hopefully it will work out.
