Using an Electrex World ignition will replace your points, condensor, points plate, advance unit, Lucas stator and rotor whether you have ET (AC) ignition or standard ignition.

Electrex World is offering kits for most traditional vintage British motorcycles including BSA unit singles, BSA unit twins, Triumph unit singles. Triumph unit twins, and many other models.

Which ignition kit do I need?

There are many ignition kits to choose from so choosing one may be confusing. I'll clear up which each kit does and you can choose the best one that suits your needs!
  • Kit: STK-100D-DC - Suited for BSA / Triumph unit singles from 1959-1973 (excluding the cub). CDI ignition, alternator, regulator, coil and flywheel included suited for those who would like to run there motorcycles with lights. Single phase 12V unit puts out approx 65W. This is a "DC" system that can run with/without a battery - user selects voltage @ 6V or 12V detailed instructions are included for easy and accurate installation.

  • Kit: STK-102D-DC - Suited for BSA & Triumph twins (excluding T140 / TR7). CDI ignition, alternator, regulator, coil and flywheel included suited for those who would like to run there motorcycles with lights. Single phase 12V unit puts out approx 65W. No need to use original Lucas rotor or stator with this unit. This unit comes supplied with a regular / rectifier making this charging system "DC" - detailed instructions are included for easy and accurate installation.

  • Kit: STK-010 - Suited for BSA & Triumph unit singles from 1959-1973 (excluding the cub). CDI ignition, rotor, spark lug caps, etc are included - suited for those who would like to run there motorcycles WITHOUT lights (no alternator). Single phase 12V - detailed instructions are included for easy and accurate installation.
