The tap really did the job. Just a few minutes latter everything went back together easily & no leaks!
I recently sealed a tank with POR-15 and some of it got on the petcock threads. The tap cleaned up those threads beautifully. At first USPS was saying it was going to take a week to arrive, which seemed longer than usual for CBS, but it arrived a couple days earlier than predicted.
