Up for grabs today is a new high quality Triumph 500 wrist pin bushing set. Our small end bushings are not the same as our competitors! We are offering USA made bushings that actually fit and are made from superior material.
Bushings will replace Triumph part number 70-4003 and E4003. Fits all Triumph 500 unit twins (Daytona, t100R, T100C, Tiger, 5TA, etc) from 1959-1974. Bushings will also fit many BSA unit singles including 250's, 350's and 500's under part number 40-0916 and 40-916. Check your parts book to ensure the best fitment.
Small end bushings are sold each as pictured - bushings may need to be sized once installed

OD was just enough oversized that I had to freeze the bushings and use a heat gun on the rods.
Had to remove a couple thousandths of the ID to get a decent pin fit.
