For sale is a new and complete Triumph 650 / 750 tachometer drive box assembly. Our tachometer drive assembly's are made in England and come complete internally making this a "bolt on and go" part.

Included is the body, o-ring, caps, gears, etc. What's nice about our units is that they come with (2) caps so your can rebuild and remove both gears at ease for future servicing.

We stock (2) types of tachometer drive assembly's. The "right hand thread" drive (RH) fits Triumph 650 models from 1964-1968 while the "left hand thread" unit (LH) fits both Triumph 650 and 750 models from 1969-1983.

I bought this repop drive to replace the previous drive I bought from my local shop because one of the caps was lost while riding. Apparently, it loosened and fell off allowing the drive gear from the cam to slide out. Unable to simply source a replacement cap, I had to buy a complete drive. Ugh.
The new replacement was a bit stiff when turned by hand, it bound slightly once per rev.
Fiddling a bit, I got it loosened up and it works smoothly now.
Good shipping from CBS, fast too. I'm happy with them. Great service.

Installed this on my 1978 Triumph T140V. I used this to replace the original Drive assembly that the threads on the cable end were damaged. It worked perfectly. So does the tachometer!
