When its time to replace to your Triumph 650 / 750 camshaft bushings we highly recommend using our high quality USA made or English made bronze camshaft bushings that we have to offer today.

Reusing old and worn out cam shaft bushings can lead to engine failure. If your Triumph 650 or 750 cases are split, now would be the perfect to both remove your camshaft bushings and replace them.

We use both types of camshaft bushings here at our shop with great results. Typically the solid type bronze camshaft bushings will last longer than the sintered bushings. The sintered bushings we offer may require reaming once the camshaft bushings installed. We sell a comprehensive reaming kit that will ream our sintered camshaft bushings. Applications

Early camshaft bushings are suited for Triumph 650 unit twins (Bonneville, T120R, Tiger, TR6R, etc) from 1963-1969. Also suited for Triumph pre-unit twins (Bonneville, T110, 5T, 6T, T120, etc) from 1950-1962.

Later camshaft bushings are suited for Triumph both 650 and 750 twins (T120, T140, Tiger, TR6, Bonneville, TR7, etc) from 1970-1983.

All 4 matched my pre unit. Even if you use the proper heat and carefully install then you still need to ream them. It was easy with the CBS kit.

I bought a set of these American made cam bushings fully expecting they would need to be reamed after installation. To my surprise the fit was perfect without the extra step of reaming. I highly recommend these for your next engine build. Excellent quality and the price can't be beat at Classic British Spares.
