Chances are your Gear Change Index Plunger is worn. This part plays a crucial role in your transmission to keep it functioning and operating smoothly. Fits all BSA A50 & A65 Twins (Lightning, Thunderbolt, Hornet, Wasp, Cyclone, Star Twin, Spitfire, Firebird & Royal Star) from 1962-1972. Fits Triumph 650 & 750 Unit Twins (Bonneville, T120, TR6SS, T120C, 6T, T140, TR7, Thunderbird) from 1963-1977. Also fits various Triumph 4-Speed Pre-Unit 350, 500 & 650 Twins (Bonneville, T120, Tiger, T110, TR6, TR5, Etc) up to 1962. Please refer to your parts catalog for proper fitment.
